Garden Snakes. Garden snakes like to bask in the sun to regulate their body temperatures. You might see them both at night and during the day, but you may not know they are there, as they will slither away from you as quickly as they can.

I water them mostly but now after seeing the snakes i am afraid to go to the back yard.
