Eden Gardens State Park. Beautiful grounds that are well maintained. Eden Gardens is a modest-sized park featuring old oaks accented with ferns and Spanish moss, fern, rose and other perennial gardens, a nature trail, picnic facilities, a partially covered stage for weddings (for instance), a modest but impressive reception/event hall and a pier on Tucker Bayou for fishing.
Eden Gardens has no public boat ramps, no canoe launch facilities, although we have a small tie up or fishing stake.
Was once the home of the William Henry Wesley family, is now a place of tranquility and contemplation.
